Elizabeth Target 527

Transaction #1:

(2) $8.69 - Scrubbing Bubbles Extend-a-Clean Power Sprayer Starter
- (2) $5/1 printable
- (2) $5 gift card target coupons from 5/23 SS insert

Total oop: $7.16
Received $10 in gift cards - made $2.84 on this transaction.

Transaction #2:

$5.00 - Finish Quantamatic Starter Kit (dishwasher soap with 12 wash cycles)
- $3/1 printable (made it $2.00)

(4) $1.02 - Quaker Oatmeal single serve cup
- (4) $1/1 printable (made them $0.02 each)

$2.19 - Kraft 100 Calorie pack cheese cubes
- $2.19 (free coupon that came with the kraft sample pack)

(3) $0.97 - Suave Deodorant
- (3) $0.50/1 from 5/23 RP (made them $0.47 each - not trial sized)

(6) $3.50 - Dove Deodorant 2 pack (clearanced)
- (2) $1.50/1 printable
- (4) $2/1 printable (There were so many of these floating around but I don't think any are available anymore. If you average all of them together since I didn't have all of the same coupon, I paid $1.67 per two pack, or $0.84 per deodorant. If I would have had all 6 of the $2/1 coupons it would have been $1.50 per two pack or $0.75 per deodorant.)

$1.98 - Smart Rinse Listerine (for kids - clearanced)
- $1/1 printable (made it $0.98)

(4) $1.98 - Listerine Whitening Rinse (clearanced)
- (4) $1/1 printable (Made them $0.98 each. I've heard for some people this is a $2/1 coupon which would make it free plus overage.)

$1.62 - Aquafresh Kids Toothpaste (for Shanna)
- $1/1 printable
- $0.50/1 Target printable (made it $0.12)

(4) $0.97 - John Frieda Mousse (travel sized)
- $2.50/1 printable (Made them $0.35 each. I didn't know I couldn't use all 4 coupons and get lots of overage until I checked out. Only 1 would scan, but still cheap.)

(2) $1.82 Nexcare Kids Bandages
- (2) $1/1 printable
- (2) $0.50/1 Target printable (made them $0.32 each)

(4) $2.54 - Nature Valley Nut Clusters (clearanced - this is as low as it will go since the price ends in a 4)
- (2) $1/2 Target printable
- (2) $1/1 printable (This could have been a better deal but I was only able to print out 2 of the $1/1 coupons. I paid $1.54 per bag, but would have paid $1.04 with the right combination of coupons.)

Total before any coupons: $64.38

Total after tax and coupons and $10 in gift cards from 1st transaction:

$17.41

That's a savings of 74% (on this transaction).

Note: A couple of items aren't in the picture because I had already given them away before I was able to take the pic. I'm super happy with this Target trip!

Hi Elizabeth,
I live in Dallas. Which Target did you go to? The Target close to my work would never let me have overage, even if it's 1 cent, the cashiers would adjust the coupon down... :)

Hi Jenny! The Target I did this transaction is near Plano Rd and Belt Line (near Richardson/Garland). However, I have noticed that it is really by the cashier, not by the store. I have to admit, I go to Target's all over looking for good deals and clearance since it's so easy to find them here!
